Right now we are looking into becoming licensed agents, and possibly work with an investor-friendly brokerage in order to make more money and really get a feel for this business.

The following items were neglected in order to save money, as examples: our hedges all had extreme white fly damage, wood rot due to water damage and putting off painting, our pool restrooms have massive holes in the roofs and we are in the process of reconstructing 2 of them.

We value quality over quantity and working with owners/investors who “get it” and are open to our input and control in order to help them succeed as we are VR owners/operators ourselves.- residential sales/buyers agent for out of state visitors who may transition into snowbirds and/or 2nd home investment propertiesWe’ve already spoken to attorneys and it seems we have “very good questions”.

We are going to need one soon.  

We are out of state investors (originally from MN) and need a company that is trustworthy, reliable, communicates well and is detail orientated. 

If we are partners on this deal should he not get paid to cut the grass at this property since he will be an equity partner?

(First time home buyer) after months of settling in and updating the rental apt, we just put a tenant in the second unit this month. (10 months between purchase and rent income) we are getting $1300 per month for the 1 bedroom.
