It is also possible to find properties at the amounts you are seeking depending on the specific area in South Jersey you are looking to invest.I have had clients find success using the strategy you describe.

Forums such as this one, as well as the MH Univeristy forum, are good ways to find MHP buyers.We are looking for MHP’s to acquire and pay referrals for leads that we successfully close.  

This is a fantastic site for networking and learning from other successful investors.  

Then, when you meet a successful local investor, you ask him/her what they need or where they want to take their business and then you can present an actual plan of how to help them get there.

Using the BRRR strategy - has anyone been successful purchasing with cash using a HELOC, doing renovations also using the HELOC, then doing a cash-refinance to pull the equity out of the home to repay the HELOC?
