Called FM the next day, they referred me to the realtor, who said he was just doing what FM told him, and that it would be re-listed as a general property, open to all buyers, later.It was only 8 days into the First Look listing.

Now the rental reference the tenant gave on the application the lady's name was that of the man who owns the house wife who also gave yet another amount they pay for rent at their current residence.

The high demand that those two counties have pushes price points up on the low end properties so that they simply are too close in price to the high end properties making flipping more difficult.PG county however, (along with DC) is very easy to flip in.

Even multi family is considered commercial, with any commercial component, I’m surprised to hear that a residential lender would lend, though, again, not sure what you are referring to when you classify the loan as “residential”?

Morris Invest is not what I would consider a true turnkey company even if they were operating as promised (which they are not - just reference the many and extended threads about them here on BP).
