Hey Billy,If you don't want to call a service company I recommend using a dry stain remover sponge first then some soap, detergent, or a mix of both and a lot of scrubbing.

On a side note a cheap southside house that I had bid on during that month came on MLS a couple month later......3 months later I now own it for for $3k less than my bid and $5.5k less than what the highest 3rd party bidder was at (but now with the property taxes paid and prorated, title insurance, utility liens paid, and the bank was kind enough to treat for both subterranean and dry wood termites).
