I would say it depends on what your strategy is....speculation right now is dangerous but if you evaluate for cash flow and don't over leverage you should be good.That said, some areas of the country just don't make a lot of sense right now especially for 1-4 family.

It's a $25 detector.But the black gray stripes mean DEATH and open all doors and windows and I MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY anytime of day or night or they are in DANGER of DYING.I must do a REPAIR.They follow that mini-class.
