I have my goals at my desk and I make daily lists of what I would like to get done. 

I would love to flip there because I know the houses like the back of my hand since I work on them almost daily, I just don’t have any idea where to begin.

I definitely need to start analyzing as many deals as possible on daily/weekly basis tho.

my city has banned airbnb.However, as OP asked, please share pros and cons.My initial impression is that daily rate is much higher and you could make more than you would in a long term lease, but potentially a customer could trash your place

IE dog food, dog hair on the couches, backyard looks like a dog lives there, or anything else such as your hard wood floors are showing damage I would send a 3 day quit letter and start evicting them if they don’t dump the dog.

Her daily care is taken care of, she currently has a multiunit rental & I felt adding other REO to her portfolio made sense with a mix of leveraged vs. cash purchases.
