Cause I just thought that it would work by me buying 2.5 acres of land in Arizona and finding a solar farming company or someone to rent my land for Solar Farming... how does it work I’m so confused LOL ... and can you really make up to $50,000 a month by solar farming ?

All other expenses that were before you had the property ready for rent would be considered start-up costs and would have to be amortized over 15 years, but there is an exception that would allow you to deduct up to $5,000 in the first year under IRC 195(b).
