Ultimately, the property would have had to been all cash or seller financed because we (prematurely) gutted it to the studs.We (similarly) just took a church property back in foreclosure and will seller finance it if anyone is interested in a church in southern California!

I've househacked 2 properties and worst we've ever had was Airbnb parties that got shut down pretty fast.

I ended up offering below asking price and was immediately shut down by the listing agent.

I mean you could just shut water off to the house, but that would cause other problems.
