I.e. if i see i need to replace 500sqft of LVP, cabinets, etc, i'd plug it back into this spreadsheet (that has a database of all things replaceable) and get a number for that specific property.

@Nicholas Palzer use the fair market rent for your unit and plug that into the calculator. it is going to be rental so analyze as a rental.
