Any suggestions for Individuals or companies to contact?

Looking to connect with individuals with same interests. 

I'm just trying to see if it's possible to put together a profile on certain attributes that stand out for individuals that sell their homes to wholesalers.

How will you find that individual?

The buildings are on separate parcels and lender is willing to do individual 30 year fixed on each one or portfolio loan with 3/1 Arm amoritized over 30 years, both interest rates are just below 4%. 

Are there any value add opportunities such as individually metering each unit, for water and/ or electricity, so the tenants pay these expenses and not the landlord, or is the property already individually metered?

Everyone was already planning on putting down 15-20% when financing their individual purchase.  

So my questions are:a.) what questions do I need to be asking of the ownersb.) how do I go about getting solid info on the property, re: liens etc ( I do know about the authorization of release from the bank/mortgage holder).

I believe me stating in the post "it's perfect for college students" is not necessarily an indication of preference, but merely an observation based on one individuals opinion.

Knowing the different type of mortgages and how many an individual person is able to obtain will be very beneficial to your investing career.
