That $3000 is not a "deposit" or "fee" for the loan.Probably the biggest misconception of DHM is that we charge an "upfront fee" If you have a property under contract you can fill out a loan application on our site and we can review it with you to see whether or not both parties feel like it is a deal worth pursuing.

So I have two brothers that submitted an application for a property: one of them qualifies based on the requirement, the other does not, he makes about $1000 net a month when the minimum is somewhere around $2400 net monthly income, but combined they bring in enough to meet the minimum.My question is, can the other brother who is qualified be a "co-signer" even if he is going to be living in the same place?

Buyers will need to get a personal property loan, just like a loan for a car or a boat.I expect that tiny homes will be a depreciating asset, not subject to appreciating values like stick-built homes on owned land.I think the best application for tiny houses is to address a bonafide local housing crisis - especially for a group like homeless veterans.
