There are tasks worth doing yourself and there are tasks that aren't.

I utilize my google calendar, drive, task lists, and keep. 

These simple task have worked for me for 35 plus years.

Example: A tenant submits a "task" but a system administrator (you or an employee) has to then create a work order from scratch, reassociate the work order back to the tenant task and then assign to a technician.

For whatever reason it seems humans are generally too illogical to handle such a task. 

I can second Normandy, as being a broker, they're a lender that I utilize and will do owner builder loans, but it depends on how much flexibility you need, b/c doing it in the steps that you've mentioned, unless you're very liquid, is not an easy task.

You can record videos on your computer of you doing your task, then send them the video.

You need to start generating leads there, then find boots on the ground.That will be the biggest task ahead of you really.Boots on the ground should be relatively easier to do once you have a continuous stream of leads coming in.
