@Dan Maciejewski helped me with my last 3 home purchases in Western Pinellas County from Dunedin to Largo. 

Here in CT rents are up, and inventory is tight, at least in lower western region of CT, so I don't imagine much of a correction in rent prices, but buy-in is pricier at least in Fairfield county and the Hartford (capitol region).   

Bookkeepers and accountants are not musical artists, artists, authors etc where you can trademark/copywrite your work - all you do is put numbers the business owner gives you in an organized fashion.
