If you don't want to devote a lot of time I would recommend getting something that doesn't need a lot of work unless you want to hire a 3td party project manager.

Everything went really well, but I would say the one lessons we learned that is extremely valuable to have you're own 3rd party inspector go inspect the home and tell you everything the buyer's inspector will in order to save time during the closing process.
