Just make sure you preparing for the big ticket items.

You can definitely start there but make sure your either sticking to those numbers and are prepared to turn down a renewal or negotiate the price increase.

I want to be well prepared and knowledgable to evaluate such a position. 

We have plenty of time to prepare, pack and leave when told to do so.  

I think so many folks think that they have to leap into doing their own MF deals and they either are not prepared, don't appreciate the time involved, etc.  

I'm preparing for my future goal of owning an apartment.
