I've heard Columbia Heights is bad, but also that there were some new police initiatives recently or something.

I know many property managers here from my job as a police officer and all of them work for the property owner (as opposed to a broker) and there is no way some of them even posses a high school diploma, let alone a license.

They are ok, the driver is ok, his dog got hurt.I called my insurance company and was told to get the police report and put in a claim on the driver's auto insurance.

The previous owner is still living there and when we approached them with police and learned that they were looking for eviction notice and letter. 

The same unethical people are there in leadership TODAY, and while I was STILL just a paid member, (I was told that I had to leave or they would call the police on me?) 

The Westland police detective even called me while i was at work and asked me questions trying to see if i was the one that scammed those people.  

Nate Hammond Speedway area is a decent area in my opinion BUT it has drawbacks if you don't like traffic/crowds (Indy 500 and races in general at IMS) But also has its own police force which is good and has basically everything in the town.

Whether that entity is/was the police, mental hospital, etc.

Michael-Notify the police-That's the kind of person that one day shoots up a school or movie theater.

The weirdest thing I received was a call from the Police Department because a check cashing company cashed a Voucher letter I send for 500.00 although it clearly says non negotiable and that it isn't a check..It even fooled the detective... lolI get the normal crazy calls from people who want to beat my *** and always invite them down to the gym and let them know they will have to sign a release form firsst...BTW most pissed off people aren't pissed off thats just who they are...
