Or, if I  sell $500 of a $600/mo payment, I'll create a Ammortization schedule for the borrower and their payment comes from the Servicer.I prefer to use the Partial method and also Collateralize the loan. 

But the fact is, in the long term, if you own property then your money has a constant and safe return on investment.In a bear market, investors worry about the value of their investments.

I'd love if the property would cash-flow after we move out, but the neighborhood and appreciation potential is the biggest concern for me.
