Unfortunately most people in business don't have the vision or understanding of the entire business processes for any given business they are participating in. 

Bryan Hancock, you're correct, you're not required to if you are not actively participating in that activity.

There are some who actually advocate this.Alternately, if you don’t have a lot of money, and it’s legal in your state, you might consider participating in a fractionalized loan. 

As a Condo Owner, you should absolutely make the time to attend several regular Board meetings each year, in particular at budget time, but also two or three times over the year (depending on how often they meet) so you can participate, ask questions, and observe.

I only participated just now because I am a legitimate/potential investor for your company, and I was just continuing on with my due diligence.  

Ask questions, participate in the community, and gain knowledge from other investors' experiences.Go to seminars, networking events, or meetings for real estate in your area.
