I've been involved in landlord issues at the national level in NAHRO with HUD, not just PHA units, the number one mess up by landlords is overbearing restrictions trying to control their property.

I am interested in engaging a virtual assistant to help create and email me monthly and annual financial reports on my properties, which currently consist of three SFR's and one parking lot (leased out NNN).I would like someone who is already knowledgeable in how to set up and create real estate investment financial reports, including key metrics that also reflect the applicable mortgage.  

I remembered wondering around in the company parking lot, dreaming what it would be like to own my own business, be a real estate investor etc.I did end up quit my job.

What about adequate parking for the property?

My advice find a attorney who has an in house title company or just use Fidelity National Title.

That's not to say you can't find investors looking to park money for the long haul.  

They want cash on cash of 15% which is doable versus someone telling me they want to buy a value add strip center for a going in 9 cap in an area where the median income is over 100k a year with all national tenants.

My plans are to get 2-5 properties in 3-4 different markets across the nation.
