We will see what the overall return looks like in 9 months when they have had a full year to go through a full evaluation of their assets valuation at least once.

Yes like Min said, its great to have a plan but I would say the action is much more important - I did a few bad deals and learned so much more than I would have if I was just sitting on the sideline planning things. 

I have a friend who has concrete stain in his multimillion dollar home and it looks good and is virtually indestructible.
