Can anyone report past experiences with jdl ventures good or bad?

Hopefully, this will be a successful venture for us.

Over the long run, a DIY project done by an amateur is more expensive than a work done right by the right people.

Im currently in a joint venture fix and flip in FL and after the home being listed for 72 days, we havent had any offers.

I’m always open to a joint venture with the right people.

I'm also open to any advice others may have on the area or with how they started their long distance ventures.
