Just wanted to say hi to the BP community (especially the ones who live in the Kansas City area).

There are already two big groups (and a few sub groups) in Indy...very active community here. 

Vacancies/rents start to reach normal levels...making the industry less interesting for outside buyers.What a lot of owners I work with now are doing is building up cash reserves to no less than 100K per community (average size 5 Million value).   

I have the best neighbors ever and they're concerned when people may not be there for the long haul and aren't vested in the community.
