Here we are two months later and I have started a conversation with them regarding the water bill, liability and property safety due to the pool.

We are at a high value sellers market.

The projects we are working on are in CA and FL so i dont know what the zoning or city's requirements in other places yet.

We are at the beginning stages of starting our business - getting business cards, etc.  

My group has projects that we are developing in Lawrence and the surrounding area.  

We are also looking at a duplex.

We are excited to start our real estate adventure and look forward to learning and networking here on BP.

We are learning so much from the community and want to jump into getting a rental but.......We are schedule to move to Korea for one year then come back to the states late 2019/early 2020.1) current plan is to hold off until we know which state we will be moving back to ( probably San Antonio, TX ).
