Economic theory would also suggest that it would put downward pressure on the supply of housing because the policy decreases the incentive to construct and maintain units.

They don't ever mention that they specialized in capital raising for those several deals and certainly make no mention of having zero acquisition or asset management experience.

If your cash flow is near zero and you are not in a high appreciating market it is not really worth investing in real estate.

It depends on your goals, your risk tolerance, what arena you want to play in, and how much or how little capital you want to invest, among many other things. 

Do you cancel their old insurance policy and just start a new one with your name on it?
