hello, I’m living in Augusta, Georgia, and there are many sharks in the water when I go to buy something I have to be very very very very calculated and very ready looking forward and how the money is gonna come in and how to market appropriately. if anybody has any advice on how to work along sharks and red oceans, please let me know.

Do cost segregation very quickly now and redo your 2022 and 2023 tax returns before 10/15. 2022 will be an "amended return" with bonus depreciation; 2023 will be a "superceding return" with less depreciation than you already claimed for 2023 (i.e. somewhat higher taxes).

Both brothers were retiring, and one was in very poor health.

I've had the best success cold calling, but I know direct mailers work well too if you're sending a lot. 

My Landscape company is an S Corp so I am familiar with that business structure, but I just don't know the best way to structure a real estate company.
