Hi @Stuart Chinworth, Sure, there are a variety of ways someone can add value to a syndicator. 

In many cases, there are a variety of "housing" programs/benefits available under different social services programs.Here in New Brunswick, the biggest issue I have with the primary housing allowance program is that is is based upon a rent which is 20-25% below market.  

I've worked this job in a variety of parks and have had the opportunity to do what most outdoor enthusiast pay to do on their free time. 

Neither of them were ever able to get enough credits from the same educational institution to graduate but they did provide am amazing example of how to pursue lifelong learning that I try to emulate.I commend you for getting a variety of opinions to consider before making up your mind.

And from the results, I can see there is a LOT of variety in between for how people use it and mix it with other strategies.

@Natalie Schanne If you have a variety of lease terms, how do work out the utilities with 4 or 5 people?

I have been watching and listening to a variety of information and is overwhelming.

There's real-estate attorneys for a variety of areas too.I went to TeamMade's meeting in April and one of the public speakers there was a real-estate attorney(can't recall what his area of expertise) and he also talked about wholesaling. 

So already, you're building your buyers list for a variety of investors, and probably getting $10-$50 per lead.
