Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

Would be curious to see before photos, too.

Our vendors are instructed to note on the invoice the source of the issue if determined, and I often request photos as well for certain issues.

There are few issues worse than having someone move in with high expectations, only to find there was a lot of puff in the ad, and the photos were 10 years old.

Another thought; but it's hard to tell from how far away you took the photos, is to remove the paneling and stud wall to the immediate right of the inset, then hook your counters back along that long wall, essentially turning it into an L.

That's why I was thinking of a two-car garage in the backyard that has a roof-top deck (similar to the photo example) that would be a cool place to hang out if it had a great lake view that the ground just doesn't have.
