I have discouraged tenants from using a credit card with Tellus (charge back risk is always there with a CC, and nobody likes paying the fee for using the CC).But maybe suggesting that they use a credit card might make some sense under the circumstances due to this pandemic.

Everyone involved wants this deal to go through, but you won't burn any bridges by pulling out due to extenuating circumstances.
