Waiting for tomorrow just gives others an opportunity to take deals that can earn you money now.

Should have the contract to sign tomorrow morning!

I actually dont even know the cost to clean it up but Im getting a specialist to come see it tomorrow.

My question is:  Since I have from him that he will have everything out by Monday (tomorrow) in writing- can I change the locks even if his stuff is still there?

I'm going to send him a letter tomorrow and hope that we can work something out. 

Given the scarcity of deals near me, it’s not like I’ll be able to just put that money towards another deal tomorrow’s for a 25%+ ROI, so I figured in this way it’s working for me for 8% ROI without me needing to do any additional work. 

(And why do all that when it’s faster and easier to simply find my own deals and negotiate them)Conclusion is even if I was broke tomorrow I would not wholesale property.
