Our project is very unorthodox as we're working in the tiny home industry but we believe we've hedged a lot of the risk by working with the jurisdiction long before going under contract with a property.I feel like our format is off or we're not putting the information that people need front and center for them to pull the trigger on investing.

For example: if the inspection comes back with a roof leak, cracked window, and an unreliable furnace, I send that information to multiple contractors for a rough estimate.

For instance if you have a giant hole in the roof and cracked foundation that leaks... but also a gas leak- well address the most pressing danger and then most immediate cause of further problem.
