Thermostat does not work; the display screen doesn't properly display so we cannot see the temperature or know what it is changing to when we hit buttons 4.

East Wenatchee has temperature extremes, Very cold in the winter and pretty darned hot in the summers and becasue of this I feel this would be an investment in the property and help down the road when and if we decide to sell.I would like some thoughts on this from the Bigger Pockets Community .Ron 

@Ramon Huerta from what the owner says she just wants it gone so I am trying to come up with a fair offer, not just a low ball, which is where i currently stand.

You might not want to hold the house longer than that.Obviously all of this takes a little bit of crystal ball future vision, which is why you should always buy right on the front end irrespective of where things are in a cycle, upturn or downturn.

We are under contract on a 3 Unit in Plymouth and would like to get the ball rolling, I would like to use local agents if possible. 

Unfortunately, little did they realize that setting the temperature of both thermostats in this manner ended up placing the burden of cooling on one package rooftop unit which was never intended by design to cool much less heat a building of this size by itself.

the Super-ball is 3rd or the 4th of Feb, not sure, many people will come to the city to work around that event and visitors too, you can probably get more info about it online.
