East Wenatchee has temperature extremes, Very cold in the winter and pretty darned hot in the summers and becasue of this I feel this would be an investment in the property and help down the road when and if we decide to sell.I would like some thoughts on this from the Bigger Pockets Community .Ron

You might not want to hold the house longer than that.Obviously all of this takes a little bit of crystal ball future vision, which is why you should always buy right on the front end irrespective of where things are in a cycle, upturn or downturn.

Unfortunately, little did they realize that setting the temperature of both thermostats in this manner ended up placing the burden of cooling on one package rooftop unit which was never intended by design to cool much less heat a building of this size by itself.
