I didn’t ask any of them and so ignorance was bliss for a little while but then it was bad news.If you don’t have a team or system in place to handle each type of scenario, it is really stressful.

I know of an investor who does almost all of his banking through M&T, I would also suggest trying Solvay Bank, Empower FCU, SEFCU, or First Niagara.

This is such bad advice and I can not t lol you how many times I see it.

Less stress for someone without much experience and you get to participate and learn in the process. 

The freeing up of time and reduction of stress are well worth the cost.

If I had to do that, it would not have an effect on my quality of life, wouldn't cause me to loose sleep, wouldn't be very stressful.  

I like the stresses of challenges as a former Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and currently a senior leader with the Department of Homeland Security.  

I was letting everyone walk all over me and taking to long between renters.After everything came crashing down lately with the stress and money and my wife about ready to shoot me I am finally stepping back and reevaluating everything.
