While this agreement was focused first on Canada, the US, and Mexico, so many trade agreements have realized that "Giant Sucking Sound" Ross Perot warned us about.Not that I am working for a political discussion, but facts are, because of our vast trade agreements, we no longer manufacture or grow so much that once made the US the most productive economy in the world.

I think its important to also realize these are small business's in essence and investments wrapped into one.. so you have the business risk of government intervention ( we deal with this big time in the development world and on the investment side there is always risk when investing in anything that is to generate a return on your investment..

Feel those variables are important to my question as well.I realize only I can truly answer this question (but even us seasoned investors can have doubt, especially as this virus is a first -- well since about 1908-ish anyway) but i am curious to know if others would cancel the 5 plex purchase (or continue the purchase with confidence) given the obvious issues with the world right now.Both properties cashflow, and all of my other properties cashflow (if tenants pay rent obviously) with the new 5plex cashflowing right around 2k per month.
