We have experience and have had success in the commercial world.

So, while I am not aware of anyone who has gone through this program successfully, I would recommend you call the city directly.

The rate in my area for typical repairs is around $150/hr.  

Our current investments have been in San Diego and got lucky with appreciation and rental rates, but we realize that we need to explore out of California for an investment to make sense.
