Investing in a different market with stronger cash flow?

@Jennie Monfried, sell the condo while the Market is hot or as soon you tie the knot so you can save on capital gains up to $500k.

I know of another lender that doesn't ask too many questions when it comes to income and liabilities, however they do require a stronger down payment and good credit.

Granted you may not be able to take nice vacations or things like that, but even just taking a day to hang out with your family, or veg out on the couch can recharge the batteries allowing you to come back to work way stronger. 

Hire a great PM who will work to earn you more money.Hire a PM Asset, not PM Liability:  Ties into the previous point. 

Unless you feel that you could sell now and invest tax free into an area with stronger short term appreciation potential.

Move that money into a new property or a project that will net you a stronger return makes sense.

Open an Ally Bank savings account or Capital one 360, they have 2 percent on savings and your money isn't tied up. 

Well some companies use accurint which is tied to courts and such.

Preferably tie #1 and #3 together4.
