as far as mac not having certain program you can simply log into the app store that is on your mac book and just search for what you want/need and there will be a app for you. 

If there's a more high-end store like a Whole Foods then even better. 

If the grocery store had to absorb that higher cost of deliveries, they would have gone out of business.

I've also been involved in ecommerce and have few online stores.

The property manager wasn't going to do that.I also stick all the need to know info in a binder on top of the fridge.For furnished rentals the consignment store is king!
