My wife @Catherine McGinnis and I have sent thousands of mailings to two different farms over the last couple of years, mostly in the form of postcards.Direct mail in L.A. is expensive, especially in luxury markets, and hasn't really driven any direct deals that we are aware of for us or other agents I know, but it may have helped us with branding which has led to referrals coming from one of our farms.
