I always thought counting rental income was pretty simple.

Do not count on the future. 

Have I misunderstood and that actually Wholesaling time counts toward the 750 hours needed or is someone who Wholesales and has multiple rentals not counted as a dealer?

My area a PM will be 10-12% for a duplex after counting all fees.

Hi Everyone, After listening to more pod casts than I can count this is my first post and interaction with BP.

Not a tenant issue unless I count not having a tenant while the units were being repaired.Don't sweat the small stuff and typically the bigger stuff is not as big as it feels at the time. 

Do not count on anything in the future. 

When partners happen to be family or close friends, it usually leads to long-term disasters that are so not worth the short-term business benefits.Lost count of how many clients have told me "now I wish I did not partner."

Count on the first 5-10 calls being awkward and use them as a learning experience but you’ll soon develop a nice flow that’s impactful.
