Likely, the city doesn't have the resources to follow up on every single filing to figure out what ended up happening but I'd def consult w/ an attorney to figure out your next steps and be very careful about the conversations you're having w/ your tenants before doing so.Happy to chat w/ you offline to share my experiences w/ this.
