If so, did you open an llc together or just have one person get the loan with legal docs to ensure fairness?

We are looking into a business LLC and business accounts.

My questions is if I wanted to get the property through my LLC, is that a good idea for someone who is just starting out?

I don’t plan on transferring these properties to an LLC for at least another year so I need the additional liability coverage to protect myself.

You can form your own LLC and then have that LLC join the partnership LLC if you want.

I owned 50% of the LLC and they each own 25%.

I am doing a refinance cash out with Corevest and they require me to open a Delaware LLC for the new loan.
