@Derek Leblanc,the seller needs to either, know, like, and trust you before you will get what he or she feels is sensitive info that you are asking for, or they need to have their hair on fire and are extremely desperate to sell the property.Imagine if I asked you;"What's your Social Security Number, date of birth, Mothers maiden name and any medical Issues you have.Without the proper context, this would create discomfort, and come off as extremely invasive.

This will depend on whether or not the Borrower has already done this either through their own actions (asking for relief) or through the actions of the Mortgagee or Servicer (contacting the Borrow with alternatives to foreclosure).A FC attorney would have to bring forth concepts to stall or stop the foreclosure.

She too has the desire to begin this same journey and we're committed to learning more.Presently, we are working to achieve various personal goals which dictate our not taking any further real estate action for approximately two to three years.

Long story short, i think our neighbor is just looking for action, seems like she's bored, or she's just not fix for apartment/townhouse/condo environment.

At this point I'm not sure about the best course of action.
