We also remind our guests that the property is in the desert and there are owls, hawks, falcons, coyotes, and mountain lions that will snatch up their chow or chihuahua real quick so they must be attended to at all times and not allowed to roam free (we are on 5 unfenced acres tucked into the hills) and we are not liable for any pet that becomes pet food.

Can set reminders to automatically get sent until everyone signs. 

You can set up follow-up tasks with deadlines and reminders, attach notes, log calls and emails. 

We currently track our leads in excel and go back and look to see the outcomes from the ones we lost and it is always a painful reminder that we need to do a lot better as we are missing out on a ton of money.

You may also want to remind them that they are responsible for the payment of utilities. 

I reminded the tenant that, per the lease, any fine levied by the city for such a violation would be his to pay. 

@Brent Coombs - Thats funny, reminds me of when I was in college and you would go to south street seaport and there were people doing that all over the place!!!

Remind them that the original contract was valid, stating "no pets", and you have been clear in understanding that a service animal is not a pet.

Remind them of who saved their *** in WW2..The AC going out twice is kind of ridiculous.
