I had honestly never painted an interior of a house until I was 25, so each room I got better and better and will be that much quicker next time or will know what a painter I hire should not do when painting and will be that much better talking with them.@ Jon, I'm not sure what your handyman expertise is, but the house I picked up to live in and work on while living there didn't need near the work this one you're looking at will need, but just painting the whole thing and other minor fixes and installs can be daunting and seems never ending.

Because I didn't buy the property with the intent of using the BRRRR strategy and it is probably apparent in the numbers but I intend to re coupe as quick as possible and my next property will be using the BRRRR strategy so I can invest quicker than I currently am because my current plan was to purchase a property a year but I want to promptly ramp it up to 2 per year for the next baby step and I am just trying to find the best strategy to ramp it up!
