I can evict within 30 days if needed and I've never had a judge not grant an eviction, Constables usually act pretty quick if/when it comes to that.

Quick question So here’s the scenario.

My friends and I used to call this "Chase Slow Pay" - as Chase was using Zelle first and called it "Quick Pay" - which it certainly was not. 

Our products under 400 still move very quickly with multiple offers sometimes, but over 400 is a lot tougher market than it was 2 years ago.
