Hi all, First steps out of the gate here, and I just wanted to get some input from the folks here that have been doing this for awhile.I came across BP too late in the game and had already purchased a SFR.

That is a whole different ball game!

So much amazing stuff on this platform.

The costs of the buildings there are pretty low, it is infested with a lot of drug users so your PM has to be on their game.

It is really just a numbers game.

So for me i am thinking about joining the Game by wholesaling this way i dont have to use my own money or credit ..and i can just keep paying down on those debts.

I am a general Contractor and I am getting my real estate license, I am looking at different CRM and social media platforms and wanted to know what you may think about Real Geeks?

@Candace Ellison That sucks and is probably a game...see the tenant knows they just have to not sign for it and then you can not prove service. 

However, maximizing rent is not my game.
