Would a cash out refinance to a LLC factor into my personal DTI?

We are not a wholesale company and we are looking for deals that we can close on personally.

Other methods do too, but I can personally vouch for this one. 

Initial budget $250-600k +- Please advice if it's seems like an ok plan in your opinion (preferably if you have personal experience). 

I called my local city court clerk and they did not have it and said I needed to try the county clerk (which is the superior court where I went in person)I have heard you can go to the “local court of the clerk” and obtain this list that details all properties in pre-foreclosure Does anyone know where I can go to get this list? 

I’m personally more comfortable with SFR or a 4 plex vs a 50+ multi family. 

Keep personal and business finances separate.

Personally, I want my fellow investor clients to succeed as well.

fudging write-offs or collecting income under the table comes to bite you in the a@@ when it comes to financing whether that is personal or business.
