It's done all the time and even better when you market it and include the current plans and permits (assuming you have this in place).

If he doesn't explain it, to me, that shows major issues.

@Christopher Davis my property manager does an inspection about 30 days before lease end, verifies timeline with current tenant and potential turnover issues.
