Are people having hard time finding quality tenants ?

I primarily loan my own money in my area and to people I know who are other investors.

When you need articles of incorporation or something more specific later, you can get an attorney to draw those up, but for most people on here, they are just trying to get it open and get an EIN.

If you add a flip into Detroit for a first-time investor, it could be a recipe for disaster if you don't have the right people helping you.
