How much of that net absorption in people trying to buy at the bottom of the market?

How do real estate investors handle the financial gaps when buying a new property before the previous one sells?

Originally booked for 2 people (with 2 beds) but looks like my second won't be able to attend (check in Oct 5 & check out Oct 9).

As long as you don't fear climate change impacts, Florida is probably fine and buys today will probably work out great over the decades.

Many of them will actually let you buy the warranty after the item fails.

The other issue I find when people draft their own is that if you have a problem and then need an attorney to work with you, it will be much more costly as they now have to learn your contract, vs the one they are familiar with and that is used widely in your area. 

I've spent a decent amount of time playing around on the website and will probably go ahead and buy the premium version. 

Jessica,One idea is to buy an investment home and let them pay rent and down the road refinance it into their name or buy from you and your husband.

Guys is the old rule 80/20 We are STR and buy and hold (that how you build wealth) group.So we come across people that want to buy more to do Airbnb to do pat-split etc.. and the other 80 I am frustrated.

I know often times people on this forum say they are unnecessary and don't always protect against liability and just get a good umbrella policy.
