@Nasson RaymondI cannot speak directly to the services of Advanta, and must disclose that I am a competitor offering a different kind of service in the self-directed plan space.Two key things come to mind:1) Advanta is a 3rd party administrator for IRA accounts. 

If someone does not have a chronic illness, it would stand that once they've been through therapy, or whatever methods they used to get help, that there will eventually come a point where they are no longer classified as disabled. 

Refinance me FROM DAY 1 (just like I mentioned in that post reference above).The tricky part is that some lenders do not follow this rule. 

@Jordon Milford without even changing any numbers it would be a hard pass for me if I were looking at this deal, your current calculation shows you would make $11/month as it stands, so basically no cash flow.

I can understand your wife's stand point, but one of the advantages of real estate investing is that you can leverage. 

I almost NEVER, EVER, EVER see a third party (such as you), buying an LLC from another person that they know nothing about, just so they can take over that LLC's assets.It happens, but based upon my experience, sophisticated business people almost never do it that way.

My insurance people told me to file a 941 under my llc which has been inactive but I have kept it in good standing.

They had rejected 3 interested parties prior to my contacting them.
